Nha Trang University was founded on August 01, 1959. With more than half a century of development, Nha Trang
University has become a prestigious multi-disciplinary and multi-level institution with a strong foundation in fisheries and aquaculture. The full-fledged university currently has 25 faculties, institutes, research centers, technology transfer centers, and 8 managerial departments, offering 43 programs for bachelor’s degrees, 17 programs for master's degrees, and 11 programs for doctoral degrees, along with associate degrees and various programs for vocational training, short courses. The university has a stable enrolment of 3,500 new undergraduate students annually and the total number of students is approximately 17,200, including undergraduate and graduate students.
